SONOMA-PHAN RANG SISTER CITY COMMITTEE

Phan Rang, a city on Vietnam’s south-central coast, is located on the Bay of Phan Rang. Nearby Ninh Chu Beach is considered one of the country’s most beautiful stretches of sand and sea.

Ninh Thuan Province, in which Phan Rang is located, is rich in history and culture. The work of Cham weavers in the area has long been prized by textile admirers and collectors. One of Vietnam’s driest provinces, Ninh Thuan is also a grapegrowing region.
